TXTNLY — Shipping Policy
Overview
All online products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production and fulfilment partner. Orders are shipped directly from our partner to you. This helps us reduce waste and only produce what’s needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the UK, EU, and select international destinations. Availability may vary by product and destination. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, email txtnly@roskostudios.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
Processing & Production Times

Production begins after payment is captured.

Dispatch times vary by item and volume. You’ll see the most accurate estimate at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.

During busy periods (product drops, holidays), production and carrier transit times may be longer.
Shipping Costs (Weight-Based)

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout using a weight-based matrix and your delivery address.

Your rate reflects total parcel weight (items + packaging) and destination.

If your order contains multiple items, the system combines weights to calculate a single rate where possible.
Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)
These are typical carrier timeframes (not guaranteed):

UK: ~2–5 working days

EU: ~3–7 working days

International: ~7–14 working days
Remote areas, customs processing, adverse weather, or peak season may extend delivery times.
Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels; you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Need to update your address? Contact us ASAP at txtnly@roskostudios.com We can make changes only before dispatch.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or missed collection, we can re-ship once we confirm the correct address; re-shipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK Shipments)

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority or carrier.

These charges are not included at checkout (unless explicitly shown) and are payable by the recipient.

We cannot mark orders as “gift” or declare a lower value.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, please:

check with neighbours or building management;

wait 24 hours; and
-
contact the carrier.

Still no luck? Email txtnly@roskostudios.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

Outcomes depend on carrier findings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged in Transit / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email txtnly@roskostudios.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue and packaging.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded (including any necessary return shipping). See our Returns & Refunds (Faulty Items Only) policy for details.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some releases may be pre-order or have extended lead times. Estimated dispatch windows will be highlighted on the product page and/or at checkout.
Risk of Loss & Title
For UK/EU consumers, risk in goods passes when you (or your designee) take physical possession of the goods. If you arrange your own carrier, risk may pass when goods are handed to that carrier. Title passes upon full payment unless local law provides otherwise.
